General Booking Conditions

1 Booking methods

All housing units can be booked. An online reservation system is also available. In case of bookings made during the 20 days before the date of arrival, the housing unit number will not be assigned in advance. The minimum stay in the high season (D, E, F, G) is 7 days with arrival on Thursday and Saturday. In low season and middle season (A, B, C) short stays and weekends are also bookable. Arrival and departure days may change for special fee arrangements.

2 Accommodation fee

The accommodation fee is calculated by adding the price of the accommodation and the price for additional persons that are not included in the price, plus any additional services. For housing units there is a compulsory surcharge for final cleaning. Further surcharges or reductions may be applied on the basis of the type of accommodation, the cancellation policy, the time of booking or the promotions available.

3 Deposit

The requested deposit is specified in the booking application form and varies according to the accommodation amount. The deposit is entirely deducted from the final amount. The advance payment of the entire or partial accommodation amount may be requested in case of special fee arrangements.

Offline bookings are subject to a compulsory charge of € 10,00 as booking fee added to the balance payment.

4 Deposit payment

The deadline and terms for the deposit payment are listed in the booking application form; for online booking the deposit shall be paid by credit card upon booking completion. The reservation shall not be valid in case the deposit is not paid within the deadline or the online booking procedure is not completed.

5 Booking confirmation

The booking shall be valid only upon receiving booking confirmation.

6 Cancellation policy

The cancellation policy is as follows:

  • refund of the entire deposit, except a cancellation fee of € 30,00 for cancellations received in writing at least 15 days before the date of arrival;
  • no refund for cancellations made after the 15th day prior to the date of arrival or in case of no show.

Special cancellation policies may be applied in case of special fee arrangements or payment terms.

7 Booking change

Changes to the reserved period are permitted, when possible, up to 15 days prior to the date of arrival. In case changes are requested, the Management reserves the right to assign a housing unit number different from the one assigned upon booking. Late arrivals are permitted up to 1.00 pm of the day following the expected date of arrival. After that time, the booking will no longer be valid.

8 Housing unit availability

Housing units will be available starting from 4.00 pm of the date of arrival. On the date of departure housing units shall be vacated by 9.00 am.

9 Balance payment

The balance payment may be paid on the date of arrival. The final payment of added services, shall be paid a day before departure at the box office during the opening time. Advance payments of the accommodation amounts may be made during the same opening hours. Payments can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), debit card or in cash up to the maximum amount permitted by Italian law. It will be charged the entire accommodation amount even in case of late arrival, early departure or if it will be not promptly communicated the early departure of one or more members of the group, including the entire city tax. Eventual city tax (if applied) has to be paid upon payment moment.

10 Condition validity

These conditions refer to the 2021 season. Any conditions whatsoever referring to previous seasons are no longer valid.
