1 Booking procedures

1.1. All accommodation units at the resort can be booked:

  • online via the resort’s website or other platforms;
  • by contacting the resort’s booking office directly by telephone or email.

1.2. From 11 July to 5 September 2026, the minimum stay is 7 days; arrivals and departures are only on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

1.3. From 15 May to 11 July 2026 and from 5 September to 27 September 2026, short stays or weekends are also possible, while arrivals and departures are allowed every day of the week.

1.4. Please note that pets are not allowed in the Village, even if they are small size.


2 Value of the stay

2.1. The value of the stay is determined by its price.

2.2. You can find out the value of the stay by checking availability via the online booking system on the property’s website or by sending an email to the booking office.

2.3. Other supplements or reductions may apply depending on the type of accommodation, cancellation conditions, time of booking, or promotional offers.


3 Security deposit amount and booking fees

3.1. At the time of booking, a security deposit is required to guarantee the booking, which may be retained by the Property under the conditions indicated below.

3.2. The amount of the deposit is specified in the booking offer and varies according to the value of the stay.

3.3. If you actually spend your stay at the property, the amount paid will be deducted in full from the final bill equivalent to the value of the stay.

3.4. In the event of special rates, advance payment in full or in part for the value of the stay may be required.

3.5. Except for bookings made online on the property’s website, a booking fee of €10.00 is required, which will be charged upon payment of the balance for the stay.


4 Payment of the security deposit

4.1. The deadline for payment of the security deposit is specified in the booking offer, together with details of how to make the payment.

4.2. For bookings made online, either on the Property’s website or through other platforms, payment by credit card is required at the time of booking.

4.3. The booking will be automatically cancelled if the security deposit is not received by the set deadline or if the online booking procedure is not completed.


5 Booking confirmation

5.1. The booking shall be considered complete and final only when the Guest receives a booking confirmation.


6 Changes

6.1. Changes to pre-booked stays are permitted, subject to availability, up to 14 days before the arrival date for stays from 15 May to 11 July 2026 and from 5 September to 27 September 2026, and up to 30 days before the arrival date for stays from 11 July to 5 September 2026.

6.2. In the event of changes to the period of stay, a rate different from the one confirmed at the time of booking may be applied.

6.3. In the event of any change, the Management reserves the right to assign a different accommodation unit from the one initially booked.

6.4. Late arrival is permitted until 13:00 (1 p.m.) of the day after the scheduled arrival date only if such delay is communicated via email by 24:00 on the scheduled arrival date. Failure to do so will result in the booking being cancelled at 24:00 on the scheduled arrival date and the provisions set out under point 7.2 will apply.

6.5. In the event of a late arrival, without prejudice to the provisions of the previous paragraph, and/or in the event of an early departure, the total amount of the booked stay will be charged, even if the change has been communicated in advance to reception upon arrival.

6.6. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the accommodation unit remains fully available to the Management during the period of non-use by the guest.


7 Cancellations

7.1. Cancellations by the Guest, if sent in writing by email to gallanti@vacanze-natura.it at least 14 days before the arrival date for stays from 15 May to 11 July 2026 and from 5 September to 27 September 2026 and at least 30 days before the arrival date for stays from 11 July to 5 September 2026, entitle the Guest to a refund of the security deposit paid, subject to a deduction of €50.00 in all cases.

7.2. No refund will be granted for cancellations that do not comply with the above terms or in the event of a no-show, as also provided for under point 6.4, and the security deposit will be retained to compensate for the damage and inconvenience caused by the late cancellation of the booking or the no-show.

7.3. No exceptions will be made for bookings made and confirmed within 14 days prior to arrival for stays from 15 May to 11 July 2026 and from 5 September to 27 September 2026, or within 30 days prior to arrival for stays from 11 July to 5 September 2026.

7.4. Cancellation conditions other than those listed above may apply in the case of special rates or payment conditions.

7.5. In the event of cancellation of the booking, the accommodation unit remains available to the Management without exception.

7.6. We recommend that you take out an insurance policy to cover any cancellation of your trip.

7.7. The above provisions apply exclusively to cases of withdrawal/cancellation/termination by the Guest.


8 Check-in

8.1. Guests are requested to complete the online check-in at least 24 hours before arrival at the property by accessing their reserved area.

8.2. Online check-in is available from the moment the booking is confirmed.

8.3. Upon arrival at the property, guests must go to reception with:

  • valid ID for each member of the group;
  • booking confirmation;
  • car registration number of the vehicle used to access the property.

8.4. Upon check-in, each guest will be handed a wristband that allows access to the property and should be worn for the entire duration of the stay.

8.5. Guests will receive the keys to their unit by 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. Guests may use the facilities (access to the beach, swimming pools, etc.) from the morning onwards, after checking in and wearing their wristbands.

8.6. Upon first entering the accommodation unit and during their stay, guests are required to promptly report any faults, breakages, malfunctions or missing items to reception to ensure prompt action is taken.


9 Balance of stay

9.1. The balance of the booked stay must be paid on the day of arrival at check-in.

9.2. Deposits on the value of the stay can be paid at the cash office exclusively during the stay at the property. Payments can be made by Visa or Mastercard credit card, debit card or in cash for the maximum amount permitted by Italian law.

9.3. We kindly ask our guests to check the limits of their credit or debit cards before arrival. Payment by bank transfer is only permitted if agreed with the accounting office at least 5 working days before the actual departure date and only if there are no further changes to the stay.

9.4. Upon payment of the balance, guests are also required to pay the tourist tax.


10 Check-out

10.1. On the day of departure, guests are required to free their accommodation unit by 9 a.m., head to reception to hand in the keys and leave the premises, also moving their means of transport out of the property. The use of all facilities and services ends at 9 a.m. on the day of departure.

10.2. Guests staying in a residential unit are requested to dispose of their rubbish and empty the refrigerator at the end of their stay.


11 Validity of the terms and conditions

These terms and conditions refer to the 2026 season. Any previous terms and conditions are to be considered null and void.
